Q: How long does it take after I've paid my deposit?
A: Production varies on gown category and design details.
cocktail / special occasion : 3-4 weeks
prom / quince : 3-6 weeks
bridal : 4-6 weeks
Q: Do you offer returns and/or refunds?
A: Unfortunately, all sales are final due to the garment being custom made to your liking and to fit you like a glove. I will be sure to take all of the necessary steps to have your custom piece top tier.
Q: What if I gained a few pounds after my custom piece has been completed.
A: No worries, it happens to the best of us! Alterations can be completed if necessary for an additional fee. Total fees may vary based on required alterations.
